١٠٨ - بَابُ مَنۡ خَافَتَ الۡقِرَاءَةَ فِي الظُّهۡرِ وَالۡعَصۡرِ

108. Bab barang siapa yang merendahkan suara qiraah dalam salat Zuhur dan Asar

٧٧٧ - حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيۡبَةُ بۡنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنِ الۡأَعۡمَشِ، عَنۡ عُمَارَةَ بۡنِ عُمَيۡرٍ، عَنۡ أَبِي مَعۡمَرٍ: قُلۡتُ لِخَبَّابٍ: أَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَقۡرَأُ فِي الظُّهۡرِ وَالۡعَصۡرِ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمۡ، قُلۡنَا: مِنۡ أَيۡنَ عَلِمۡتَ؟ قَالَ: بِاضۡطِرَابِ لِحۡيَتِهِ. [طرفه في: ٧٤٦].

777. Qutaibah bin Sa’id telah menceritakan kepada kami. Beliau berkata: Jarir menceritakan kepada kami dari Al-A’masy, dari ‘Umarah bin ‘Umair, dari Abu Ma’mar:

Aku bertanya kepada Khabbab, “Apakah dahulu Rasulullah—shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam—membaca bacaan salat dalam salat Zuhur dan Asar?”

Khabbab menjawab, “Iya.”

Kami bertanya, “Dari mana engkau tahu?”

Khabbab menjawab, “Dari gerakan jenggot beliau.”
