٤٨ - بَابُ مَا يُكۡرَهُ مِنَ الۡخِدَاعِ فِي الۡبَيۡعِ

48. Bab dibencinya penipuan dalam jual beli

٢١١٧ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبۡدُ اللهِ بۡنُ يُوسُفَ: أَخۡبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنۡ عَبۡدِ اللهِ بۡنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنۡ عَبۡدِ اللهِ بۡنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنۡهُمَا: أَنَّ رَجُلًا ذَكَرَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ يُخۡدَعُ فِي الۡبُيُوعِ، فَقَالَ: (إِذَا بَايَعۡتَ فَقُلۡ: لَا خِلَابَةَ) [الحديث ٢١١٧ – أطرافه في: ٢٤٠٧، ٢٤١٤، ٦٩٦٤].

2117. ‘Abdullah bin Yusuf telah menceritakan kepada kami: Malik mengabarkan kepada kami dari ‘Abdullah bin Dinar, dari ‘Abdullah bin ‘Umar—radhiyallahu ‘anhuma—: Bahwa seseorang menyebutkan kepada Nabi—shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam—bahwa dia ditipu dalam jual beli.
