Shahih Al-Bukhari hadits nomor 2108

٢١٠٨ - حَدَّثَنَا حَفۡصُ بۡنُ عُمَرَ: حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، عَنۡ قَتَادَةَ، عَنۡ أَبِي الۡخَلِيلِ، عَنۡ عَبۡدِ اللهِ بۡنِ الۡحَارِثِ، عَنۡ حَكِيمِ بۡنِ حِزَامٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنۡهُ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ: (الۡبَيِّعَانِ بِالۡخِيَارِ مَا لَمۡ يَفۡتَرِقَا). وَزَادَ أَحۡمَدُ: حَدَّثَنَا بَهۡزٌ قَالَ: قَالَ هَمَّامٌ: فَذَكَرۡتُ ذٰلِكَ لِأَبِي التَّيَّاحِ فَقَالَ: كُنۡتُ مَعَ أَبِي الۡخَلِيلِ لَمَّا حَدَّثَهُ عَبۡدُ اللهِ بۡنُ الۡحَارِثِ بِهَٰذَا الۡحَدِيثِ. [طرفه في: ٢٠٧٩].

2108. Hafsh bin ‘Umar telah menceritakan kepada kami: Hammam menceritakan kepada kami dari Qatadah, dari Abu Al-Khalil, dari ‘Abdullah bin Al-Harits, dari Hakim bin Hizam—radhiyallahu ‘anhu—, dari Nabi—shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam—. Beliau bersabda, “Dua pihak yang berjual beli memiliki hak khiar selama keduanya belum berpisah.”

Ahmad menambahkan: Bahz menceritakan kepada kami. Beliau berkata: Hammam berkata: Aku menyebutkan hadis itu kepada Abu At-Tayyah, lantas beliau berkata: Dahulu, aku sedang bersama Abu Al-Khalil ketika ‘Abdullah bin Al-Harits menceritakan hadis ini kepadanya.
